A Year of Progress—and a Brighter Future for STEM

As 2024 draws to a close, we at AdaMarie want to take a moment to reflect, share our gratitude, and look ahead.

This year hasn’t been without its challenges. Building and retaining strong, diverse teams in STEM continues to demand focus, resources, and resilience. But we’ve always believed something deeply true: the future is shaped by those willing to light the path forward.

That’s why AdaMarie exists—to amplify the efforts of leaders like you. Together, we’re helping women in STEM find meaningful careers, and we’re supporting companies that value inclusion, innovation, and the next generation of talent.

Here’s what we accomplished this year:

  • Launched the AdaMarie Job Board: Since September, thousands of talented women have built profiles on our platform, with more joining every day. Employers who post roles here are connecting directly with early-career and experienced professionals eager to contribute to your teams.
  • Grew Our Community to 25,000+ Women in STEM: With millions of impressions across our channels, we’ve created a thriving talent network ready to meet your hiring and retention goals.
  • Curated Opportunities Through Our Jobs Blast: By spotlighting roles across industries, we’ve helped women discover new career paths—while increasing visibility for companies looking to hire diverse talent.
  • Launched the AdaMarie Experts: Leaders in STEM and workplace equity have shared critical insights to support both job seekers and employers. From career development strategies to inclusive hiring practices, their voices are helping to reshape workplaces.

And this is just the beginning.

In 2025, we’re expanding our efforts with:

  • Customized Talent Engagement Tools: We’re planning on enhancing our job board features to help employers connect with the right talent faster—through more targeted candidate recommendations, personalized outreach opportunities, and metrics to help you measure impact.
  • Beta Programs for Talent Development: As part of our Talent Development offerings, we’ll work with early adopters to test and refine solutions that boost retention and bridge key skill gaps in the first critical years of a woman’s career.
  • Data-Driven Insights for Inclusive Workplaces: Leveraging insights from our growing community, we’ll deliver actionable resources and trend reports to help you better understand early-career talent, workplace inclusivity, and what women in STEM value most in today’s job market.
