We're looking to hire a Supervisor for our Chemistry Lab Department. Our Chemistry Lab Department is involved with Food testing, including Nutritional Labeling, Allergen Testing, Chemistry, Heavy Metals testing.

This is a full-time onsite position. Our operation hours are Monday - Friday 9 AM - 530 PM, though we aim to be flexible. Our current Chemistry Lab Department consists of 2 Analysts. This position will report to our Lab Co-Director.

Responsibilities

Oversee laboratory operations, ensuring compliance with GLP and ISO 17025 standards.
Manage and train laboratory staff in wet chemistry techniques
Conduct and supervise chemistry staff.
Implement and maintain laboratory information management systems for data integrity.
Ensure quality control measures are adhered to in all analytical chemistry processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement in laboratory practices.

Qualifications

Experience in wet chemistry is a must
Proficient in analytical chemistry techniques.
Knowledge of FDA, GLP and ISO 17025 standards.
Strong background in Chemistry
Familiarity with laboratory information management systems, Q Bench
