Production Planner

We're looking for a detail-oriented and strategic thinker to take charge of our production planning process. You'll be responsible for analyzing product demand and developing efficient production plans to ensure the timely availability of finished goods. Your insights will directly impact our ability to meet customer needs and maintain smooth operations.

A Production Planner plays a critical role in ensuring our production processes run smoothly and efficiently. You'll be the link between demand forecasting and production execution—helping us deliver quality products to our customers on time, every time.

Requirements

Develop and manage production schedules based on current demand, sales forecasts, and inventory levels
Work directly with the production team to manage last-minute changes, rush orders, and expedited fill instructions
Analyze sales forecasts versus demand to ensure all needs are met in the production schedule
Track and support the achievement of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and departmental goals
Assist with Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes
Support physical inventory counts for both finished goods and raw material

Requirements

BBA or equivalent required.
3–5 years of experience in Supply Chain, Production Planning, or a related field.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Experience with ERP systems
Strong skills in data analysis, demand planning, and forecasting techniques.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
Proven problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset.
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
