Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent practical experience.
4 years of experience in technical writing, product documentation, or content design.

Preferred qualifications:

Master's degree in Writing, Engineering, or a scientific-related field.
Experience with LLM training (e.g., prompting, guidelines, goldens, etc.).
Experience using content management systems.
Knowledge of Python.
Ability to communicate with engineers about technical requirements.
Familiarity with using and managing style guides.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $105,000-$151,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

Create and share coherent strategies and requirements based on product and feature goals, including prompt writing, rubric development, and guideline creation.
Assess content to identify common issues, recommend solutions, and analyze losses to improve AI model performance.
Collaborate with engineering teams to define and implement automated systems for both qualitative and quantitative content analysis.
Work with Product and Operations teams to continuously enhance content development processes and improve overall content and model quality.
Oversee complex documentation and training projects, set priorities, and proactively communicate project status, needs, and blockers to stakeholders.
