We're looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician with strong mechanical and electrical experience to support our food facility's maintenance operations. As a hands-on technical expert, you'll perform routine maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting to ensure our equipment and facilities run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular inspections and perform preventative maintenance on equipment
- Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues using tools like ohmmeters, voltmeters, and other diagnostic equipment
- Read and interpret schematics and manuals to diagnose problems and implement effective solutions
- Fix equipment breakdowns promptly, minimizing downtime
- Assist in high-voltage maintenance tasks, ensuring compliance with safety regulations
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inventory management
- Be able to fix and maintain mixers, choppers, LBC ovens, thermoforming packaging machine
Requirements:
- Proven experience in industrial maintenance, with strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems
- Experience with diagnostic tools and schematics
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong commitment to safety standards and regulations
- Be able to fix and maintain mixers, choppers, LBC ovens, thermoforming packaging machine
