Introduction to role
Drive a unified, data-driven view of the rare disease patient journey to accelerate access, elevate experience, and optimize Patient Services performance. As the Reporting & Analytics SME, you will generate, interpret, and communicate insights that inform near-term operations and long-term strategy—turning disparate data into actions that improve speed to approval, adherence, and patient/caregiver outcomes.
In this cross-functional role, you will partner with Patient Services leadership, Marketing, Market Access, and Field teams to design role- and therapy-specific dashboards, KPIs, and decision frameworks. You will build analytics products and standardized reporting for benefits verification, prior authorization, affordability, onboarding, and persistence; surface payer and site-of-care barriers; and enable proactive, compliant interventions.
The ideal candidate brings rare or ultra-rare analytics experience, fluency in HIPAA and data privacy, and a deep understanding of access dynamics (coverage, reimbursement, financial navigation, site of care, distribution). You combine technical rigor with clear storytelling—connecting signals to actions—and thrive in a matrix, embedding trusted, actionable insights into daily workflows.

- Manage analytics demand: triage requests from US commercial partners and proactively surface insights leadership needs.
- Synthesize findings and communicate recommendations clearly to technical and non‑technical stakeholders across all levels.
- Lead a systematic approach to capturing stakeholder requirements and prioritizing standard and ad‑hoc analytics.

- Develop automated analytical solutions and intuitive visualizations to improve business outcomes and patient experience.
