We're looking for an enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to partner with members of the Customer Service and Operations teams coordinating incoming and outgoing clients' samples. In addition, the CSR will greet visitors, answer incoming calls and provide support for internal/external customers.
Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming/outgoing couriers; process return samples to customers in a timely manner.
- Enter samples into the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.
- Provide additional support to the Customer Service team, courier service and internal groups.
- Greet clients, vendors, and visitors; answer multiple phone lines and direct incoming calls when needed.
Work Schedule: Mon - Fri, 8am-5pm

Qualifications
- 3+ years customer service experience/operations support.
- Excellent professional, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
- SAP or other CRM database experience a plus.
- Clean driving record to assist with courier team, when needed.
