How you’ll make an impact:
The Digital Marketing Specialist assists with the development, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns and projects to increase customer and market interest and demand for Strata products and services. This role will report to the Sr. Director of Digital Marketing, and specific responsibilities will include managing marketing platforms, ensuring database accuracy, develop, coordinate and execute marketing campaigns and oversee reporting & analysis of campaign performance to provide insights that will optimize marketing’s ROI.
- Support the marketing director by assisting with planning, execution, and implementation of the marketing strategy and plan including: campaigns, events, advertising, digital marketing, and social media.
- Coordinating email and marketing campaigns to ensure marketing efforts serve immediate and long-term business goals and executing improvements for process and lead generation.
- Understand our marketing technology stack and how it operates as an end-to-end system to support marketing to drive revenue, optimize performance, and enable maximum marketing team productivity.
- Support the day-to-day management of a variety of marketing technologies including Marketo, Salesforce, Wrike, Pathfactory, and 6sense.
- Compile campaign performance reporting across all digital marketing channels, providing insights and optimization recommendations, when possible.
- Aid to launch demand generation processes: lead scoring, MQL assignment, and measuring impact on revenue.
- Assist in ensuring that the marketing calendar is developed and maintained throughout the year.
What we're looking for:
- 5-7 years of experience in a marketing coordinator role
- Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, social media and channel reporting
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Strong verbal and communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously with a strong attention to detail
- Willingness to collaborate within and outside the marketing team
- Ability to multi-task and adapt to a challenging, fast-paced environment of multiple priorities and stakeholders
- Enthusiastic, passionate, and a strong work ethic
- You'd really wow us if you have:Prior experience using Salesforce, Marketo (or similar platform)
- Experience with reporting campaign results and channel metrics
