💼 Wells Fargo is seeking a Finance Analyst to be part of the Human Resources Finance team, supporting the leadership team of Human Resources Transformation, Products, and Projects.
This role will support month-end close, forecast, and budget. The role may also support key efforts including expense analysis to provide meaningful insights into the underlying drivers impacting results.
🔘 In this role, you will:
- Participate in functions related to financial research and reporting
- Forecast analysis of key metrics, as well as other financial consulting related to business performance, operating and strategic reviews
- Identify opportunities for process improvements within the scope of responsibilities
- Research moderate to complex financial data in support of management decision-making for a business
- Exercise independent judgment to guide key metrics forecasting, closing data and validation
- Present recommendations for resolving all aspects of delivering key forecasting projections as well as financial reporting to support monthly forecasting and annual budgeting
- Develop expertise on reporting that meets brand standards and internal control standards
- Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
📁 Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of Finance experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

- Exceptional communication and client service skills, with experience interacting with senior leaders an/or executive leaders
- Strong Essbase, Excel, PowerPoint, and PowerBI skills
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Sense of urgency with ability to adapt to fast changing priorities and timelines
- Self-starter with exceptional critical thinking skills combined with a strategic business focus; can recognize issues and implement solutions with minimal guidance
📌 Pay Range: $73,100.00 - $129,900.00
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
