We’re Looking For A(n): Key Account Manager
Location: Remote (Woodland Hills, CA)
What You’ll Be Doing: The mission for this role is to profitably grow our Golden Hippo pet brands within assigned key accounts, including Neighborhood Pet and Farm & Feed, in the U.S. as part of the overall retail strategy.
- Close and launch Golden Hippo products in critical opportunity key accounts
- Achieve sales and spending goals within assigned current accounts
- Create, negotiate and execute account level business plans
- Manage corporate relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors
- Create relationships with decision-makers and influencers at assigned accounts
- Work internally across other departments to maximize opportunities
- Stay on top of industry trends and be a “voice of your customer” internally

Required Education:
- Bachelors Degree or related experience
Required Experience:
- 5+ years of selling consumer goods
- 5+ years of selling pet products
- 3+ years of selling to distributors and corporate accounts
- Account Management experience with large retailers
Preferred Education:
Preferred Experience:
- Key account experience in the independent pet channel
- Experience with Hollywood Feed, Mud Bay, Tomlinson’s, Centinela, Petsense, Earthwise

The base salary range is $85,500-$114,100, plus annual & monthly KPI bonus potential.
