Perform routine and advanced analysis of cell products for quality attributes using flow cytometry (BD instruments), cell-based assays (Luminex, Incucyte), and molecular methods. Provide technical expertise in troubleshooting analytical platforms and interpreting complex data sets. Serve as an internal technical resource, supporting team members with technical guidance. Design, plan, execute, and analyze lab experiments. Understand longitudinal data, critically assess assay performance over time, and identify trends or anomalies. Summarize and present scientific data to stakeholders. Manage inventory of samples and materials and ensure proper handling and storage. Maintain proper documentation of experimental results using an electronic lab notebook. Maintain a safe work environment in accordance with policies/procedures/regulations. Experience with several of these is preferred, but candidates with expertise in some are encouraged to apply Ability to quickly adapt to new technologies as needed for cell therapy analytics Excellent aseptic technique and experience with mammalian and/or primary cell culture Demonstrated ability to communicate and justify technical decisions and actions to cross-functional stakeholders Experience and ability to represent a team in cross-functional settings Independently motivated with ability to multi-task, problem-solve, and coordinate activities within a team Detail oriented with excellent verbal and written communication skills Demonstrated ability to thrive on a team in a fast-paced environment, and prioritize work across multiple projects
