Job Description
Intuit is looking for a marketing manager to support its organic social team and the Intuit brand’s social media channels. Intuit is the global financial technology platform that fuels financial success for the customers and people we serve with TurboTax, Credit Karma, QuickBooks, and Mailchimp.
We’re looking for someone who has a proven track record of creating and executing content campaigns, and coordinating work across multiple stakeholders, all fueled by data and analytics. The ideal candidate is comfortable in new and existing social channels, is fast-paced and can pivot quickly, has a heart for the customer, and leverages insights to make strategic business decisions. The position will be a part of the Intuit brand marketing team, representing the Intuit brand across all social touch points around the world, including influencers.

Develop innovative social media campaigns in support of Intuit’s strategic reputation priorities across audiences, including high profile brand campaigns
Campaigns might include social media engagement, long- and short-form content, influencers, UGC, paid/organic social, content syndication, measurement, and reporting
Support initiatives with content plans
Optimize campaigns based on data and learnings
Provide strategic inputs and counsel on social strategy related to large, cross-functional campaigns
Steward channel strategy and rigorously prioritize content and channel activations based on business goals and desired outcomes
Coordinate content and campaigns from start-to-finish working with internal/external stakeholders
Measure and analyze data to inform campaign optimization
Plug in to appropriate operational mechanisms to bring content from stakeholders to life
Qualifications
What you will bring
Expert of social media usage, platforms, content, measurement, and paid and organic best practices
Minimum 4 years of experience with paid, earned, or owned media
Comfortable working in a rapid, and ever-changing social media landscape
Analytical mindset with the ability to make decisions based on data and human empathy
Passion for sharing the Intuit brand with the world
Ability to make decisions, prioritize, and work cross-functionally
Experience working on a parent or corporate brand
Collaborative self-starter
Education
BA/BS in communications, marketing, or digital media or equivalent experience

To drive ongoing fair pay for employees, Intuit conducts regular comparisons across categories of ethnicity and gender. The expected base pay range for this position is:
Northern California: $158,000 - $213,500
Southern California: $150,500 - $203,500
