These entry-level positions have a start date anytime between August 2024 and August 2025. Applicants best matching the attributes/qualifications described below will be scheduled interviews. Please select all locations where you would consider working.
Most of these positions are expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
Some of these positions are hybrid. This means that the selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options. This is at the hiring team’s discretion and could potentially change in the future.
Some of these positions have been identified as virtual opportunities and will not require the selected candidate to relocate.
Some of these positions must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. "US Person" includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
These positions are in multiple U.S. locations and may or may not be covered by a collective bargaining agreement.
Additionally, some positions may require the ability to obtain U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship.
Some of these positions require the ability to obtain access to a National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) facility.
Some of these positions are safety sensitive positions and may be subject to random drug and alcohol testing.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skill/Experience):
- Currently majoring in one of the following core engineering/applied sciences disciplines. Including Aeronautical/Aerospace/Aerodynamic Engineering, Chemical Eng./Material Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Civil/Structural Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Software Engineering, Systems Engineering, Cybersecurity, Safety, Math, Physics and other applicable engineering disciplines.
- Currently enrolled student attending Virginia Tech with an expected graduation date prior to August 2025
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Strong academic performance
- Exceptional organizational and collaboration skills as demonstrated through leadership positions on teams and/or in student or civic organizations.
- Strong technical experiences as demonstrated through technical projects, research or engineering internships.
- Exceptional communication skills and interest and enthusiasm related to engineering, aerospace and a career with Boeing.

Some of these positions offer relocation based on candidate eligibility.

Entry-Level summary pay range: Min: $44,100– Max: $ 117,000
Associate summary pay range: Min: $56,000 - Max: $145,000
