Start your career with the General Mills Finance Leadership Development Program Internship (FLDP) and join a company that welcomes bigger, bolder thinking and allows for insatiable curiosity. The FLDP is designed to provide incoming analysts with a variety of roles and experiences, building skills in technical foundations, functional depth and business basics. FLDP analysts receive training to accelerate their impact.

The internship experience is a robust 10-week program leading projects critical to our business. Interns work at General Mills’ World Headquarters in Minneapolis, MN.

The hourly rate for this position is $26.54/hour. At General Mills we strive for each employee’s pay at any point in their career to reflect their experiences and skills for their role. The pay for this role represents numerous factors considered in the hiring decision including, but not limited to, educational degree in process, major of study and year in school.
