At Wipfli, the Graduate Medical Education Senior Consultant collaborates with educational institutions to enhance medical training programs. This role involves examining current curricula and providing strategic recommendations to optimize educational outcomes while ensuring compliance with accreditation standards.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate existing medical education programs for quality and compliance.
- Demonstrated knowledge of the application writing process for our clients.
- Develop actionable strategies for program enhancement.
- Collaborate with administrative and academic staff to implement improvements.
- Prepare comprehensive reports on educational assessments.
- Willingness to travel to client sites - 30%.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field; Master's Degree a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in graduate medical education.
- Exceptional understanding of accreditation standards.
- Strong oral and written communication and interpersonal skills to effectively connect with and communicate with clients and staff.
- Efficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Wipfli supports equal pay for equal work and values each candidate’s unique experiences and skill sets. The estimated pay range for this position is: $88,000.00 to $118,000.00. Compensation within the range is determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to, location, individuals' skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications, business needs and applicable employment laws.
Individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, subject to participation rules and based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual and Firm performance.
