Assist and provide administrative support for assigned Division research team with specific aspects of the organization, implementation and completion of clinical research trials. Track regulatory documents and correspondence, maintain study files, collect and enter data and maintain databases, and assist the PI or Clinical Study Manager in the general implementation of clinical studies.
Required Education and ExperienceHigh school diploma or equivalent experience.
Two (2) years of college-level coursework and related experience.
Confirmed proficiency in a second language via successful completion of a language assessment may be required for certain departments.
Required Credentials Any position that requires the use of a motor vehicle will require a current Washington State Driver's license.
PreferredBachelors Degree in biological or life sciences or health related field.
At least three (3) years in a research or health care setting.
Familiarity with US Food & Drug Administration (FDA) regulations and International Conference on Harmonization (ICH) and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines.
Knowledge of medical terminology.
Compensation Range
$21.10 - $31.66 per hour

This compensation range was calculated based on full-time employment (2080 hours worked per calendar year). Offers are determined by multiple factors including equity, skills, experience, and expertise, and may vary within the range provided.
Seattle Children’s offers annual incentive pay based upon performance that is commensurate with the level of the position.
