Vie de France has an excellent career opportunity for an experienced Maintenance Manager based out of their frozen bread bakery in Atlanta, GA. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of management experience leading a team of mechanics in a food manufacturing environment (preferably in the baking sector). Our bakery operates 3 shifts a day/5 days a week and the Maintenance Manager is responsible for the continous operation of all equipment and refrigeration within the facility. Strong background in electrical, mechanical and refrigeration is necessary. This position requires a hands-on leader who can drive the preventative maintenance programs and develop teams. The Maintenance Manager is involved in all capital spending projects and plant improvement initiatives.
