- Must physically be able to stand a minimum of (8) eight hours to a maximum of (16) sixteen hours daily.
- Must be able to stoop and bend while lifting weight up to (50) lb.
- Must be able to climb onto and crawl under machinery as required.
- Must present and teach established safety orientation and safety training sessions.
- Must be able to implement and run the Aramark Sanitation OPX program.
- Must be able to complete a Go Spot Check site audit monthly.
- Must be able to run MSS program.
- Performs quality control inspections of entire facility every month. Able to recognize acceptable and non-acceptable cleaning practices and make necessary changes.
Ensures that all areas and equipment are safe and sanitary.
Performs other duties as directed by Aramark management/client.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS/REQUIREMENTS
CLIENT RETENTION / CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIPS
- You are the Assistant Aramark business agent at your site.
- You are Aramark business agent in the Managers absence.
- Deliver service as contracted and promised.
- Use agreed upon KPIs to track performance.
- Sit in if requested by Aramark manager on regular consultative business reviews with client, capture information using scorecard tool, or meeting minutes (MJRs).
- Build client relationships as directed by Aramark manager.
- Keep all Confidential and proprietary Aramark information and any other information directed by your Aramark manager confidential and inside Aramark management at all times.
- Create a web of influence.
- Demonstrate and document Aramark’s value.
- As directed by Aramark manager participate in customer and community activities and functions.
- Customer retention.
ONE BEST TEAM
- Communicate team vision, goals, and purpose.
- Assist team selection and recruitment.

QUALITY/PRODUCTIVITY

- Internal – quality and productivity targets, as directed Go Spot check audits completed monthly.
- Able to take lead for sanitation in external – industry specific, i.e.: ISO-9000, BRC/SQF, FSMA, FDA, etc. inspections.
- As directed by Aramark management attend customer Food Safety Inspections – Weekly.
- Attend as directed by Aramark manager Monthly Joint Review, semi-annual customer feedback.
SAFETY
- Communicate and assist in establishing Standards.
- Procedures, Behaviors, Observation, Reporting, Zero tolerance.
- No reportable injuries, no lost days of work.
- Able to provide and document Safety Training.
- Able to GMM reporting, monthly/weekly focus.
- Assess and measure outcomes.
- Display and use Aramark safety program.
- Able to conduct root cause analysis in the GMM on all accidents and reported unsafe conditions.
- Able to effectively manage all worker comp claims.
FINANCIAL
- Assist in managing labor, revenue, and expenses to maximize FLC.
- Able to invoice in a timely manner.
- Assist in Budgeting.
- Assist in creating annual budgets and then manage to meet or exceed budget.
- Assist in Base Business Growth.
- Support Regional Sales Executives by delivering excellent service.
DESIRED EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION
5 years of previous management experience in a fast-paced production environment.
Associate degree in business administration.
Computer literate: be able to compile reports, create presentations, understands Microsoft Office computer programs (excel, ppt, word).
