Summary
We are seeking a driven Sales Representative with a sales hunter personality to spearhead our outbound sales efforts. The ideal candidate will have a talent for generating new sales opportunities and experience in prospecting. You will play a critical role in expanding our client base and driving revenue growth by leveraging your skills in outreach and filling a pipeline.
Responsibilities:
- Generate new sales leads by utilizing outbound strategies, including phone calls, emails, LinkedIn, and HubSpot or Klayvio to create new leads and opportunities.
- Monitor, update, and track new leads and active opportunities using modern HubSpot and other database systems.
- Embrace the fast-paced, ever-changing environment of a startup and adjust strategies as needed.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of generating new sales opportunities and outbound prospecting with cold leads.
- Experience selling job board subscriptions or hiring services is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills with high emotional intelligence.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- High-energy, metrics-motivated, and ambitious with a strong drive to achieve sales targets.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team and contribute to a positive work environment.
