Warby Parker is looking for a Senior Analytics Engineer to play a key role in powering data-driven decision-making in our digital business. As a member of the Data team, you’ll be vital to the business's day-to-day operations by owning data reporting and analysis that informs cross-functional initiatives. Your data-first perspective will also shape the development of our long-term business strategy and planning.

What you’ll do:
- Leverage Looker and BigQuery to create and maintain scalable, performant, and reliable data models to power visualizations, reporting, and analysis, enabling critical areas of the Warby Parker omnichannel business
- Conduct reporting and analysis while translating data into pipelines, dashboards, and measurement solutions to share with leadership and key stakeholders, ultimately guiding business recommendations
- Construct end-to-end ELT pipelines and external integrations into the data warehouse
- Be a strategic partner to the Ecommerce team, helping to define KPIs, support feature engineering for data science workflows, and maintain SLA reporting
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and data stewards to determine business KPIs, metrics, and data requirements for reporting needs
Who you are:
- Backed by 3+ years in a data engineering, analytics, or relevant data-based business role
- Proficient in a scripting language (e.g., Python, R)
- Proficient in forecasting, statistics, machine learning, or other quantitative areas
- Well acquainted with Looker and writing LookML and SQL queries
- A strong verbal and visual storyteller who can translate data into clear, actionable takeaways and recommendations for diverse audiences
- Experienced in building and maintaining stakeholder relationships
- Not on the Office of Inspector General’s List of Excluded Individuals/Entities (LEIE)
Extra credit:
